This will guarantee that the crawlspace will remain sealed off from the elements and stay dry. Next we dug up the interior perimeter of the basement to make room for the WaterGuard System. This is a special pipe system that collects water as it enters the basement through the walls or floor. This water then follows the pipe to drain outside of the basement. Now this homeowner will have a dry basement for many years to come!
