A Newmarket, NH homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems looking for information on installing a sump pump. System Design Specialist Michael P. gave a free estimate on installing our TripleSafe system. The TripleSafe sump pump system has two Zoeller pumps, one as a backup for protection against pump failure, or they can work concurrently to handle a high capacity water event. There is also a battery backup for the system in the event of power loss so the pump will continue to work. We also installed WaterGuard along the perimeter wall, a drainage system to channel any moisture directly to the TripleSafe sump pump.
Our Newmarket, NH homeowner reached out for a free estimate from TC Hafford Basement Systems on having a sump pump installed to deal with their wet basement. System Design Specialist Mike P. reviewed the site with the homeowner to come up with the best solution for them.
Around the perimeter walls of the basement, WaterGuard and TrenchDrain was installed to channel the water to a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Once the water gets to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, it has to go somewhere. A discharge line is connected and fitted with IceGuards to prevent freezing and buried. Water is taken away from the home where it is no longer a problem. To keep the discharge line from being clogged, a LawnScape Outlet is fitted to the end of the pipe to prevent anything from entering the discharge line. Our homeowner was happy to finally be done with the frustrations of having a wet basement!

We installed a SuperSump Plus system, along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The SuperSump Plus pumps the water through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that takes it far from the home. The Discharge line is protected against ice buildup during the winter months with the installation of IceGuard. To take care of any humidity in the basement, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was set up with an additional line attached to the SuperSump Plus so the homeowner no longer has to go into the basement to empty their old dehumidifier. The homeowners no longer have to feel frustrated over their basement, and can enjoy having more dry, usable space!
