Water and moisture in your basement or crawl space can cause many different issues quickly such as mold growth, musty smells and rot. Many contractors you will speak with will insist on sealing the outside foundation wall. this job would require digging up all around your house, ruining gardens, and the risk of ruptured pipes. Most contractors fail to explain that this job is very expensive and not a permanent solution. We avoid these issues by installing an interior drainage system. This is not only a cheaper alternative, but provides a more permanent solution.
Our basement and crawl space drainage system catches any entering water, transporting it to a sump pump where it is safely pumped out and away from your home. You don’t see any water and it never becomes a problem. We also install a energy efficiency dehumidifier in your basement or crawl space to prevent mold growth by reducing moisture.
Our basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation systems are built with exclusive, patented products. We provide written, transferable, lifetime warranties.
If your home is in need of foundation or concrete repair work, one of our trusted structural & geotechnical engineers will cone out to inspect your home and provide a free estimate and thoroughly explain the solution(s). All foundation repair products we use come with a 25 year warranty and are designed to avoid damaging gardens, steps, porches, etc. during installation.

For raising sinking concrete slabs most contractors prefer traditional mudjacking. Mudjacking consists of pumping a heavy mud/concrete slurry beneath the concrete through large holes drilled through the slab.
We prefer to use PolyLEVEL, a light polyurethane foam designed specifically to lift concrete. The foam is injected through much smaller holes and it expands quickly, filling gaps and lifting the concrete to a level position.
