I have a basement with moisture and possibly mold issues. I would like any estimate for taking care of those problems as well as spray insulation on the basement ceiling. I also have a small bunkhouse on the property that is built with no foundation A foot or 2 above the ground. I would like an estimate for leaning out the space under that structure and putting up a moisture barrier and spray insulation there as well.

Crawlspace In Sebago, ME Sealed Properly Using CleanSpace Liner

A homeowner in Sebago was noticing puddles of water starting to gather in his crawlspace. This was an immediate problem, but he was unsure how to go about fixing it. He soon saw an ad on his television for TC Hafford Basement Systems and gave us a call. We had a representative out to his home in no time to see what could be done.

The first thing our crew got to work on was installing a Drainage Matting around the crawlspace. This will allow any water coming in to slide underneath itself, rather than out into the crawlspace. Then the crawlspace was completely covered with a CleanSpace Liner. This locks out any water between itself and the walls/floor. Not allowing any to pass through into the interior of the crawlspace. Finally, we installed a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier, to dry out any moisture in the air. This final step is important because moist air can lead to mold growth. Not only can mold cause a nasty smell, but it can cause health problems as well. Now this homeowner is worry free!
