Water and moisture in your basement or crawl space can quickly lead to mold growth, a musty smell and potential rot. Many basement waterproofing contractors believe that sealing the outside foundation wall is the cure, which means digging up all around your home which means destroying gardens and possibly rupturing pipes. Going this route is extremely expensive and is not always a permanent solution. We avoid these issues by installing an interior drainage system.
Our basement and crawl space drainage system works by catching any entering water, transporting it to a sump pump where it is then pumped out away from your home. Our system is designed so you don’t see any water and it never becomes a problem. We also install a high-efficiency dehumidifier in your basement or crawl space to prevent mold growth and help keep moisture away.
All basement waterproofing and crawl space encapsulation systems we install in your home are built with our patented products and include a written, transferable, lifetime warranties.
If your home is experiencing foundation or concrete issues, our highly trained structural & geotechnical engineers can provide you a free inspection and explain the solution. Our proprietary foundation repair products come with a 25 year warranty and are designed to avoid damaging gardens, concrete steps, porches, etc. during installation.

Most foundation and concrete repair contractors use traditional mudjacking to raise sinking concrete slabs. Mudjacking consists of pumping a heavy mud/concrete slurry beneath the concrete through large holes drilled through the slab.
At Basement Systems, we prefer to use PolyLEVEL, which is a polyurethane foam used specifically to lift concrete. The foam is injected through small holes and expands quickly which fills the gaps and lifting the concrete to a level position.
