One internet search later and John had found TC Hafford Basement Systems. He soon made a phone call to get a free estimate on what could be done to help fix his wet basement problem. After deciding on which solution he wanted, we had out crew get to work on the basement.

We dug up the interior perimeter of the basement. This made way for the WaterGuard piping system. This will collect the water coming in from the walls or floor and direct it to the sump. In the sump, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump. This pump utilizes three separate pumps. One primary pump, one secondary pump in case there is too much water for the first to handle, and finally a battery powered backup pump for when the power goes out. This pushes the water up and out of the basement through a PVC discharge line. Now this homeowner has a dry basement thanks to WaterGuard!
