PolyLevel Garage Fix in Cornville, ME

Challenge

A Cornville, ME homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their garage. They had one area of the garage where the frost wall and slab were sinking down. Sinking concrete can cause cracking in the slab, as well as tripping hazards and unstable conditions. 

Solution

We injected PolyLevel to help shift the slab back into place. PolyLevel is a foam injection that fills in the space under the slab to help lift it back to being level, and supports the slab where the soil was no longer doing the trick.
