Steve joins the TC Hafford team with a vast amount of customer service experience in a variety of industries, from fitness, retail, and sales, to now entering the home improvement sector. He loves working in a fast paced environment, and enjoys answering phones, speaking with customers, and helping to solve their problems. His upbeat demeanor make him a great fit for our Appointment Center, you can hear his smile through the phone!

When Steve isn't helping our customers, he loves to go to the gym, go fishing, and spend time with his family - especially at the movie theater!
