Photo Album: Waterproofing Leaking Basement Walls in Steep Falls, Maine

This Steep Falls, Maine basement had vertical cracks in the foundation wall allowing water to come into the basement when it rained. We installed CleanSpace Wall System on the affected walls. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that seals moisture out, and is also treated to prevent mold growth. CleanSpace connects to their new WaterGuard perimeter drainage, so any water seeping in behind the liner is funneled to the drainage system. WaterGuard connects to the TripleSafe sump pump so water in the drainage system gets pumped away from the home, keeping the basement dry.
