Photo Album: Rains Cause South Bristol, Maine Basement to Flood

This South Bristol, Maine basement was built on ledge, and when it rained water would flood into the basement. We poured a new concrete slab around most of the area, bordered by WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard captures incoming water and channels it to a sump pump. Over the ledge we installed CleanSpace vapor barrier liner to seal out moisture and keep it directed to the WaterGuard under the CleanSpace. We installed a new TripleSafe sump pump system connecting to the WaterGuard to capture incoming water and pump it away from the home. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to keep the humidity at a healthy level. The SaniDry Sedona can remove over 100 pints of water from the air per day!
