Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Project in Auburn, Maine

Homeowners in Auburn, Maine had experienced flooding in their basement and consistently freezing temperatures in the winter. We installed our waterproofing system in conjunction with Spray Foam insulation to make the basement a dry, comfortable space to use. We first poured a new concrete floor with WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. Their new TripleSafe sump pump collects water from the drainage system and pumps it away from the home. Spray Foam insulation was applied to the walls and rim joists, immediately improving the energy efficiency of the space. Spray Foam is also water and mold resistant, making it the perfect choice for basement insulation. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control the humidity levels and improve the indoor air quality.
