Photo Album: South Portland, Maine Basement Waterproofing

System Design Specialist Lou met with homeowners in South Portland, Maine to help identify where the water was coming into their basement, and how to remedy it. During the free estimate inspection, Lou found that water was seeping in from cracks in the foundation walls. To waterproof the basement walls we installed CleanSpace Wall system, a vapor barrier that is installed on the walls to seal moisture out of the basement. CleanSpace Wall liner allows water coming in behind the liner to be directed down to the new WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, capturing the water and channeling it through the drainage to the new TripleSafe sump pump (not pictured here). The TripleSafe sump then pumps the water away from the home, keeping the basement dry and protected.
