Photo Album: A 20 Year Old Problem Gone

Already having to spend money on mold remediation and with a 20-year water problem, this Exeter, NH, homeowner was ready to take action and fix the issue plaguing their basement. They called TC Hafford Basement Systems for help, and System Design Specialist Brian Donnelly drove out to meet with the homeowner for a free estimate.   With water coming into their basement, WaterGuard was placed on the perimeter where necessary and connected to a TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard will catch and channel the water to the TripleSafe, where the water will be pushed out through an Exterior Buried Discharge Line. Water is forced out of the basement, keeping the space dry and preventing mold due to high moisture. IceGuard was installed on the discharge line to prevent ice buildup. During the winter months, the efficiency of the system won’t be affected, keeping the system running at full capacity all year round.   The home is now protected from water intrusion, and the homeowner no longer has to worry about their belongings being damaged by mold or water.
