Photo Album: Basement & Crawlspace Waterproofing in Rochester, NH

Rochester, NH homeowners contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for a free estimate to waterproof both their basement as well as their crawlspace. They shared with System Design Specialist Mike P. that they already had a sump pump but it could not keep up with the amount of water coming in.    In the basement we installed WaterGuard around the perimeter to channel any water to the brand new TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe removes water through an exterior buried discharge line. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help with the moisture.    For the crawlspace we installed CleanSpace with drainage matting to encapsulate the area. We also added a SmartSump to remove any water.
