Homeowners in Freeport, ME were constantly getting water in their basement that they had to clean up. They called TC Hafford Basement Systems for help preventing water damage. We installed WaterGuard and BrightWall around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard is a drainage system that collects water and funnels it directly to the TripleSafe sump pump. BrightWall is a vapor barrier wall panel system that provides a fresh clean look to the basement walls while sealing out moisture. It is easy to clean, never discolors, and also prevents mold growth. We also added a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to both control the humidity in the basement, and filter out unhealthy things like dust and mold spores. The SaniDry empties directly into the TripleSafe so the homeowner never has to drain buckets of water.
