Photo Album: Cumberland Center, ME Basement Water Woes

Cumberland Center, ME homeowners were experiencing water in their basement every time it rained, often seeping in through the basement walls, so they contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for help. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, which is a drainage system that channels water coming in directly to the TripleSafe sump pump to be removed from the home. We also installed CleanSpace Wall System around the bulkhead walls as they were a major source of water intrusion. CleanSpace Wall system is an inorganic vapor barrier that seals out moisture and prevents mold growth. The TripleSafe sump pump has two Zoeller pumps and a battery back up so the pump can continue to work even if the home loses power.
