Photo Album: Damp Crawl Space Encapsulation in Beals, ME

Homeowners in Beals, ME contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for support with their summer home crawl space. The crawl space had dirt floors and was constantly damp. We encapsulated the area with our two-step system including CleanSpace vapor barrier liner and drainage matting. SprayFoam insulation was installed on the walls and rim joists to create an air tight seal and improve the energy efficiency. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system was added to control the humidity and filter the air.
