Photo Album: Kennebunk, ME Crawl Space Needs Full Encapsulation

A general contractor had used our services previously, and reached out for help with a Kennebunk, ME crawl space. The crawl space had water intrusion issues that needed to be addressed. We installed our two-step encapsulation system with drainage matting and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. To fully seal the space we also installed SprayFoam insulation on the walls and rim joists, providing immediate energy savings for the homeowners.
