Homeowners in Cumberland Center, Maine had cinder block foundation walls with all kinds of problems! One wall was bowing in, as shown by the step cracks forming from hydrostatic pressure build up on the other side of the wall. Other areas of the basement were leaking water. To waterproof the space, we installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, and BrightWall panels. Additionally, on the failing foundation wall we added PowerBraces to straighten and support the wall.
