Photo Album: New Concrete Basement Floor in Portland, Maine

A Portland, Maine basement faced serious water intrusion, causing the basement to be a damp, unwelcoming space. The homeowners wanted to have a concrete floor poured to upgrade their dirt floor basement. In addition to the new slab, we also installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, and our TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard collects any water seepage and directs it to the TripleSafe to be pumped away from the home.
