What made you choose our company:

We scheduled the install date weeks out. Wednesday afternoon, before the Friday install, the company called to confirm the appointment with a new arrival window. The window had been 12:30-2:30. Late Wednesday, I was told it was 8:30-10:30. I was scheduled to be out of town. I reconfigured my plans to accommodate this new time window. As I was driving home, I got a call at 8:10, asking me if I was home! I was traveling home to make the appointment, starting at 8:30! Ugh.
