The reminder call before today’s service was well done. Your representative was courteous and clear about when I could expect the technician to arrive and who it would be.
There was no salesperson for this service call. The “3” is for the sales presentation when the system was installed 2+ years ago.
What made you choose our company:
I had a new basement floor and two-pump sump pump system put in by TC Hafford two years ago on the recommendation of a neighbort. Today your technician, TJ, did the annual service on the pumps and dehumidifier, and checked the system as a whole, both inside and outside the house. He arrived on time, was courteous, efficient, and explained the work he did, including correcting an installation from the dehumidifier into the sump. He earns five stars.
