I was very impressed by Brian Lamper’s expertise. He was quick to perform a thorough inspection, identify multiple problems, and propose a long-term solution. He took the necessary measurements that same day and provided me with a detailed quote before leaving. I should also mention that he took the initiative to change the position of a pump, a dehumidifier, and a ladder leading into the center of the house in order to simplify the upcoming installation process. I feel very lucky that he was assigned to my project.

Brian was proactive and actually helped to remove a few items that were too heavy for me during the pre-install cleanup.
