Bare Basement Walls in Barrington

A Barrington, NH homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their wet basement. They had water coming through the foundation, and were interested in a sump pump as well as any other services that would keep their basement totally dry. System Design Specialist Rick R. met with the homeowners to give a free estimate to address their issues.

We poured a fresh slab to cover their dirt floor and eliminate any issues with dampness. We also installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace Wall System, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

WaterGuard captures and channels water to the TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. CleanSpace Wall System was installed to act as a vapor barrier where needed and channel any additional moisture from the walls to the WaterGuard. The SaniDry Sedona drains directly to the TripleSafe, which allows the basement to be kept at a safe humidity level all of the time without the homeowner having to empty a bucket of water to keep it running.
