New Slab & Sump in Argyle Township, ME

System Design Specialist Mark S. met with homeowners in Argyle Township, ME to offer a free estimate to address their basement issues. The homeowners had an unfinished basement with water coming up through the floor where the floor meets the wall. They already had a sump pump, but it was old and failing. 

We poured a new slab floor, along with WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement.  WaterGuard captures and channels water to the brand new TripleSafe sump pump, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup in the winter with IceGuard. CleanSpace Wall System was installed to act as a vapor barrier where needed and channel any additional moisture from the walls to the WaterGuard.
