Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Encapsulating a Warren, Maine Crawl Space

This crawl space in Warren, Maine was constantly wet. The homeowners wanted to learn their options to keep the crawl space dry, and to address the dirt floor. We installed our two-step encapsulation system, first with a layer of drainage matting to control the groundwater, followed by our CleanSpace vapor barrier liner. CleanSpace is mold resistant, and keeps water sealed out of the crawl space. Spray Foam insulation was installed on the walls and rim joists, providing energy improvements for the home, as well as an added vapor barrier. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system to control the crawl space humidity to a healthy level.
