Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Lakeside Crawl Space Encapsulation in Lyman, Maine

We helped owners in Lyman, Maine who have a lakeside property that had a whole host of issues in the crawl space. The owners reported water intrusion that was getting worse, mold that had rotted wooden beams, and sagging floors. We encapsulated their crawl space and installed additional SmartJacks supports to keep the floors supported and level again. For the encapsulation, we laid drainage matting on the floor to control the groundwater, covered by our CleanSpace vapor barrier liner.  Spray Foam insulation was installed along the rim joists to improve the comfort of the home, as well as seal out moisture. All of these products work seamlessly together to protect the crawl space from water and prevent mold from returning.
