Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Encapsulating Damp Crawl Space in Southport, Maine

System Design Specialist Kathryn helped homeowners in Southport, Maine who were dealing with a very damp crawl space. If left unaddressed, moisture in a crawl space can cause big problems, such as wood rot or mold. Our encapsulation system seals out moisture, keeping your home protected. We installed a layer of drainage matting, followed by CleanSpace vapor barrier on top. CleanSpace is a durable liner that is made of inorganic material, so it also prevents mold growth.
