A Bath, Maine home was under contract to sell when a home inspection report revealed the foundation had a bowing wall that needed to be addressed, and the crawl space should be encapsulated to keep the space dry. System Design Specialist Michael M. met with the homeowners to provide a free estimate for the needed repairs. To address the bowing foundation wall, we installed our patented StableLock Wall system, where we pour a new concrete wall with specialized bracing next to the failing wall. StableLock supports the home while preventing the original wall from shifting any further. In the crawl space, we installed our encapsulation system that includes drainage matting and our CleanSpace vapor barrier.
