Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Creating A Dry Crawlspace in Wells, ME

Wells, ME homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems to handle their crawlspace with moisture. System Design Specialist Ron B. gave a free estimate on the repairs to encapsulate the crawlspace and keep it dry. We installed CleanSpace with drainage matting, a new TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. CleanSpace is a durable, inorganic vapor barrier that gets attached to the walls and seals up the crawl space, keeping moisture out. The TripleSafe, which features two Zoeller sumps and a battery-powered backup. The TripleSafe drains water out of the basement and through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that is protected against ice buildup with IceGuard. To take care of any humidity in the crawlspace, a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier was set up with an additional line attached to the TripleSafe sump pump so the homeowner does not have to go into the basement to empty their old dehumidifier.
