Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace Saves Kennebunkport Buyers From Crawlspace Headaches

Kennebunkport, ME home sellers needed help getting their crawlspace repaired to help facilitate the sale to the interested buyers so they reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Michael P. reviewed the crawlspace to assess the needed repairs to prevent further moisture issues.   We installed CleanSpace with drainage matting. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. CleanSpace is a durable, inorganic vapor barrier that gets attached to the walls and seals up the crawl space, keeping moisture out. Our SprayFoam Specialist Travis L. also added SprayFoam insulation along the rim joists and the top of the crawlspace walls, forming an air and moisture tight seal to protect the space. A SmartSump system was installed to remove any water out of the crawlspace and away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. Lastly, we installed a SaniDry Sedona air purification system to filter out mold spores and control the moisture in the space.
