Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Encapsulation Ends Flooding Nightmare in Biddeford, ME Basement

New Biddeford, ME homeowners were surprised to find after their first winter that water was coming in rapidly, accumulating to 5" deep. They also had rusted pipes, indicating previous water issues. System Design Specialist Michael P. created a plan to encapsulate the area using CleanSpace with drainage matting. We also installed a SmartSump pump system that removes any water away from the home, and an UltraSump battery back up to prevent any flooding during power loss. A high efficiency air purifier, the SaniDry Sedona, was also installed to filter dust and mold spores, and control the moisture in the air.
