Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: From Wet to Worry-Free in Harpswell, ME

Harpswell, ME homeowners met with System Design Specialist Nick C. of TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their crawlspace. They were experiencing moisture issues and wanted to encapsulate the space. To completely seal and protect the crawl space from moisture and pests, the team installed CleanSpace along with Drainage Matting. The Drainage Matting, designed with raised dimples, promotes water flow beneath the liner and keeps the CleanSpace elevated and dry. CleanSpace itself is a tough, inorganic vapor barrier that lines the walls and floor, effectively sealing out moisture. SprayFoam insulation was also installed on the rim joists and walls to help seal out cold air and moisture.
