Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Vapor Barrier in Vinalhaven, ME

Homeowners in Vinalhaven, ME had a 50 year old crawl space that was failing. They needed support for sagging floors, as well as help waterproofing the area. The home is located on an island so our team had to coordinate with ferry schedules to bring supplies over to complete the work. We installed SmartJacks to provide stabilization for the sagging floors above. The entire space was encapsulated with CleanSpace and drainage matting, providing a vapor barrier to seal out any moisture.
