Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Wet & Rotting Crawl Space in Kennebunkport, ME

We helped Kennebunkport, ME homeowners save their rotting crawl space. The home is located close to Goose Rocks Beach and the crawl space had big water issues, causing floor joists to rot. We installed new floor joists and SmartJacks to keep the home structurally safe. We also encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace and drainage matting. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that seals moisture out and prevents mold growth. SmartSump pumps were added to keep up with the higher capacity water removal. A SaniDry Sedona was installed to control the humidity in the space and keep the air filtered and healthy. Lastly, we installed a Turtl crawl space entry hatch, which will never rot or rust unlike their previous entry.
