We encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace and drainage matting. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that seals out moisture, and prevents mold growth. SprayFoam was used along the rim joists to create an air tight seal. A SmartSump pump was installed to remove any water away from the home.
