Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: New Homeowners Need Encapsulation in Bath, ME

New homeowners contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their crawl space. The sellers were supposed to encapsulate the area before closing on the home, but the work was never completed. We helped turn their experience around by installing our two-step encapsulation system with CleanSpace and drainage matting. We also added a SmartSump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system.
