Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Phippsburg, ME Basement & Crawl Space Overhauled

Phippsburg, ME homeowners contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with both their crawl space and their basement. They had a dirt floor with moisture issues, as well as failing lally columns that needed replacing or better support. We poured a brand new slab floor in the basement to address the water intrusion and damp, dirt floor. The crawl space was encapsulated with our two-step system including CleanSpace and drainage matting. We also installed SmartJacks in the crawl space to address the failing lally columns. SmartJacks are zinc-plated so they will never rust, and they are custom fit to the space to immediately lift and support the beams and floor joists above.
