Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Replacing Failing Vapor Barrier in Rockland, ME

Their crawl space still had standing water as well as mold. They reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems to do the job right! We installed our two-step encapsulation system, featuring drainage matting and a CleanSpace liner. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents mold growth. Drainage matting controls groundwater beneath the liner. We also installed SprayFoam insulation to create an air and moisture tight seal, as well as providing immediate energy savings for the home. The new owners will have a properly protected home, and we helped the sellers ensure they get top dollar on their investment.
