The crawl space was wet and had become moldy, leaving the daughter worried about her mother's health and safety. After the mold was remediated, we encapsulated and insulated the crawl space to keep mom and the home healthy and safe!

Spray Foam Insulation

We installed Spray Foam insulation on the walls of the crawl space to improve energy efficiency, and seal out air and moisture

Encapsulated Crawl Space

In addition to Spray Foam insulation on the walls, we installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to encapsulate the crawl space, keeping it moisture and mold free

Dehumidification

The encapsulated crawl space is extra protected with the addition of a SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. The SaniDry has a MERV8 filter to remove allergens, and also controls the humidity to a healthy level.
