Car Crashed into Littleton, Maine Home Causing Major Foundation Problems

Challenge

We received a call for help from a Littleton, Maine homeowner after the unthinkable happened - a car had crashed into their home, causing immediate major damage to their foundation. The homeowner was worried about their safety and the structural integrity of the foundation after impact. They were worried about the cost, not knowing if the foundation could be repaired, our would need to be fully rebuilt. 

Solution

After providing a free estimate, it was determined we could resolve their foundation issues by installing StableLock Wall system around the full perimeter of the basement. Traditionally foundation repairs have been intrusive and costly, often involving lifting the home. We can pour new StableLock Walls abutting the failing walls without having to lift the entire house and interrupt the homeowner's daily life. The new StableLock Walls will prevent any further bowing or shifting from the failing walls, and will keep the home properly supported.
