Foundation Repair Photo Album: Repairing Sagging Floors in Winterport, Maine

We helped homeowners in Winterport, Maine who experienced sagging floors on their first floor and wanted to keep them properly supported. We installed SmartJacks posts with a supplemental beam to support the sagging floors. SmartJacks are custom fit and are adjusted to lift and level the floors above. They are made of galvanized steel so that they will not rust over time. While the owners met with System Design Specialist Dave Z. they also wanted to move forward with updating their leaky basement windows and bulkhead door. Both the windows and the door were rusted and allowing water to seep in. Our EverLast Windows are made of vinyl so they are durable over time without rotting or rusting. We also installed a new Gordon bulkhead door to give a fresh appearance to the exterior of the home.
