Foundation Repair Photo Album: Bowing Cinder Block Wall Repair in Litchfield, Maine

System Design Specialist Mike M. helped homeowners in Litchfield, Maine to repair their cracked and bowing cinder block foundation walls. The foundation walls had substantial horizontal cracking, as well as stair step cracks in some places. Both types of cracking are big red flags, indicating that the foundation wall is bowing and shifting due to hydrostatic pressure. We poured new StableLock Walls, our patented foundation wall repair system. Foreman Tyler and installer Oscar worked together to install specialized bracing that supports the home. They then set up the forms to pour new concrete walls directly next to the failing walls. Our StableLock Wall repair can usually be completed in 2-3 days for most projects, and does not require any major excavation so it is less disruptive for the homeowners. The new StableLock Wall comes with a 25 year transferable warranty, protecting the home for many years ahead!
