New Harbor, Maine homeowners were on the market to sell their home when a home inspection report revealed the foundation wall was cracked and bowing. The owners called TC Hafford Basement Systems for help with their foundation wall. With the shifting cinder block walls, we determined it was best to install StableLock Walls. StableLock Walls are a poured concrete wall that abuts the failing wall so it prevents any further erosion or bowing. We also installed SmartJacks and a new supplemental beam that provided immediate lift to the sagging floors above.
