Foundation Repair Photo Album: StableLock Walls Save Bowing Foundation in Farmington, Maine

We recently helped Farmington, Maine homeowners with their foundation repairs. They had multiple foundation walls that were bowing, compromising the structural integrity. We installed StableLock Walls, which are a poured concrete wall that abuts the failing wall. Traditional foundation repairs usually require lifting the home, which is both costly and intrusive. With StableLock Walls we can easily pour the new walls without lifting the home, so the owner has a less expensive and easier to live with repair. We also installed SmartJacks to provide better support to the carrying beam and floors above.
