Foundation Repair Photo Album: StableLock Saves Cracked Foundation Wall in Windham, Maine

A new homeowner was under contract to purchase a house in Windham, Maine but had concerns over a large foundation crack that was allowing water to seep into the basement. To maintain the structural integrity of the home, we installed StableLock Wall system. StableLock is a poured concrete wall that gets poured directly next to the failing wall to prevent further shifting, cracking, or bowing. The new wall supports the home and is a less costly and intrusive repair than traditional methods that involve heavy excavation or lifting of the home.
