Foundation Repair Photo Album: Sinking Floors Get Support in Sanbornville, NH

We recently had a homeowner reach out with a few concerns - first, the middle of their home was sinking and they needed better supports. They also wanted to replace their old lally columns, as well as replace their old sump pump and dehumidifier. We were able to swap out their lally columns and provide the support for the middle of their house with our SmartJack system. SmartJacks are zinc-coated steel posts that are custom fit to the space, and immediately provide lift and leveling of the floors above. They can also be used to replace lally columns, offering ample support for the home. We upgraded the sump to our TripleSafe pump, and we installed our SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system. The SaniDry is both a dehumidifier, and an air filtration system.
