Warmer in Woolwich with Dr. Energy Saver!

A Woolwich, ME homeowner contacted TC Hafford Basement Systems for a free estimate on insulating their crawlspace to protect it from mice that were taking over, as well as insulate it. System Design Specialist Mike M. met with the owner to discuss a plan for how we could solve their problem. 

Spray Foam Specialist Travis L. worked with installer Domanic L. to protect the crawlspace. SprayFoam is part of our Dr. Energy Saver department, and was installed on the rim joists and walls to insulate the area, keeping cold air out during the winter, making the space more comfortable, and saving the homeowner money on their energy bill. We also installed CleanSpace with Drainage Matting. Drainage Matting is a durable barrier with dimples to help channel water and elevate the CleanSpace, keeping it clean. CleanSpace is a durable, inorganic vapor barrier that gets attached to the walls and seals up the crawl space, keeping moisture out. The crawlspace will now stay dry and critter free!
