Sump Pumps Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Project in Millinocket, Maine

Homeowners in Millinocket, Maine wanted to waterproof their basement so they could finish the space without putting their investment at risk. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump to handle removing the water. The TripleSafe has two Zoeller pumps that can work simultaneously in higher capacity events, pumping the water away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. A SaniDry Sedona high efficiency air system was added to control the humidity level. The SaniDry can remove 100 pints of water from the air per day! It discharges directly into the TripleSafe, so you don't have to empty buckets of water. Lastly, we installed Spray Foam insulation on the basement walls. Spray Foam not only improves the energy efficiency of the space, but it is also mold and water resistant, acting as a vapor barrier.
