The owners of this Hampton, NH basement had installed a new sump pump a few years prior, but they were still getting water in the basement. They contacted us at TC Hafford Basement Systems to find a more reliable solution to keep their basement dry. We installed a combination of WaterGuard perimeter drainage, along with a new TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard perimeter drainage system collects water that seeps in from the walls and floors, and channels it to their new TripleSafe. The TripleSafe sump pump is the top of the line pump system, with two Zoeller cast iron pumps, and a third battery backup pump. Water is pumped away from the home through an exterior buried discharge line. The battery backup keeps the system operating even if the home loses power. The TripleSafe sump can handle a high capacity of over 6,000 gallons of water per hour! This basement is now a dry and usable space for the homeowners.
